DESP II is an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) contract designed to provide rapid, high-quality engineering and technical services and systems integration to the Air Force Air Logistics Center, Air Force Materiel Command, the Army’s Tank-Automotive and Armaments Command, Department of Defense agencies and other government entities. The DESP II contract allows technology development, deployment, reliability, maintainability, environmental and safety compliance and development of information systems. It also includes engineering tasks such as concept exploration, systems analysis, prototype manufacturing, systems integration, testing, modeling and simulation.
