Intergraph Signs Global Alliance Agreement with CDI-Process & Industrial

Movement to Standardize on SmartPlant Enterprise Portfolio Continues Among Industry Leaders

HUNTSVILLE, Ala., February 14, 2006 – Intergraph Corporation today announced that it has signed a three-year, Software License Agreement with CDI-Process & Industrial, a unit of CDI Engineering Solutions, Inc., to globally standardize on Intergraph software. Under the agreement, CDI-Process & Industrial is standardizing on Intergraph’s entire SmartPlant® Enterprise portfolio of plant engineering, design and information and materials management applications.

According to Keith Clauss, Senior Vice President, CDI-Process & Industrial, “We see significant advantages to the SmartPlant Enterprise and its ability to integrate common data from all disciplines. CDI-Process & Industrial will implement Intergraph’s solutions enterprisewide to gain maximum benefit, as it offers better discipline productivity today and the strongest multidiscipline productivity for tomorrow.”

Applications included in the Global Alliance Agreement are: SmartPlant Foundation, SmartPlant 3D, SmartPlant P&ID, SmartPlant Instrumentation, SmartPlant Electrical, SmartSketch® and MARIAN®.
