Organizations to streamline processes and provide automation

HUNTSVILLE, Ala., April 11, 2007 – Intergraph Corporation today announced that it has been selected, as part of a team led by MainStream GS, LLC, to support the Ogden Air Logistics Center’s (OO-ALC) Continuous Process Improvement Program (CPIP).  The program strives to improve system availability, maintain 100% readiness, reduce flow time, and decrease cost across the organization. Intergraph brings process reengineering, software development and systems integration experience to the team, delivering IT-enabled process improvement solutions.

In an effort to standardize all CPI efforts, OO-ALC selected the MainStream GS team to provide a range of services including training, cultural transformation, event facilitation, certification of government personnel, mentoring and advising senior level staff while ensuring OO-ALC initiatives remain aligned with the vision of  Air Force Smart Operation for the 21st Century (AFSO21).  In addition to Intergraph, Deloitte, and Karta Technologies will serve as subcontractors on the team.

“The Ogden Air Logistics Center supports worldwide engineering, sustainment and logistics management and maintenance support for some of the Air Force’s most sophisticated weapon systems,” stated Tom Cluley, a MainStream Partner, and VP of Operations for MainStream GS.  “MainStream has been a leading provider of mentoring, coaching, and Continuous Process Improvement implementation consulting services to the Air Force.
