Intergraph® Solutions Center Receives Prestigious HDI Designation for Excellence in IT Service and Support

Award metrics demonstrate quality service for commercial and government customers

HUNTSVILLE, Ala., June 05, 2008 – HDI, the world's largest IT service and support membership association and the industry's certification and training body, has once again awarded the Intergraph IT Support Center with its HDI Support Center Certification. This is the third consecutive HDI certification awarded to the Intergraph Solutions Center.

Intergraph Solutions Center Help Desk underwent a comprehensive site audit to ensure compliance to the HDI Support Center Certification Standards. The site audit, which included staff interviews and observation, awarded Intergraph a rating of 3.8 out of 4.0.

For more than 30 years, the Intergraph Solutions Center has provided infrastructure support, IT, and integrated solutions to commercial and government clients. The Solutions Center currently serves more than 50 commercial, federal, state and local government clients and in 2007 addressed in excess of 215,000 client issues while maintaining an overall customer satisfaction rating of 96 percent.
