Description
Primary responsibility for this position is to provide technical support to customers for Intergraph's SmartPlant Foundation/Enterprise solution; this will require communicating via phone and email with customers or field representatives and interfacing with software development, product planning, quality assurance, documentation and field organizations.
Primary tasks will be to:
- Analyze customer problems
- Research issues
- Perform high-level debugging
- Maintain traceability of issues
- Perform technical tasks in support of installation of SPE products
The ideal candidate must have strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems in a timely manner while adapting to changing priorities.
Job Requirements

- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills
- Knowledge of relational databases (ORACLE, MSSQL Server) a plus
- Knowledge of Windows Server Operating Systems a plus
- Knowledge of Software Development, Quality Assurance, and/or Support processes a plus
Education
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline with 3 or more years of experience.
