The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers awarded Tyonek Native Corporation, an 8(a) Alaska Native-owned company, the Facilities, Infrastructure, Geospatial, Homeland Security, Technical Support Services and Environmental Requirements (FIGHTER) contract in September 2005. An Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, the FIGHTER contract base period is for four years, with three two-year option periods.
