Intergraph® PP&M Australia 2013 Conferences Achieve Record Growth in Number of Attendees


Annual events highlighting industry-leading solutions and customer sessions deliver unprecedented quality and value across two events

SYDNEY, Australia, Sept. 26, 2013 – Intergraph®, the leading global provider of engineering software for the process, power and marine industries, has successfully concluded its Intergraph PP&M Australia 2013 conference in two Australian cities. More than 210 delegates attended, which marks the biggest growth in attendance for these annual user conferences in Australia.

Intergraph PP&M Australia 2013 was held in August this year in two cities: Perth and Brisbane. It was part of a series of nine successful Asia-Pacific user conferences held in eight countries, which attracted over 2,100 delegates overall. Intergraph PP&M Australia 2013 featured Intergraph’s next-generation SmartPlant® and SmartMarine® Enterprise software suites and industry-leading CADWorx® & Analysis Solutions, as well as Leica Geosystems laser scanning technology, offering attendees unprecedented access to solutions from the Hexagon portfolio.

Employing the theme "Great Stories Start Here", the Australian conferences featured a greater number of compelling customer testimonials, including Shell, FAST (Fluor-SKM Iron Ore Joint Venture), Fluor, Sinclair Knight Merz, Bechtel, Calibre Global, Proteus EPCM Engineers and Setch Design. These sessions highlighted how our customers have leveraged Intergraph’s comprehensive SmartPlant and SmartMarine Enterprise suites and CADWorx & Analysis Solutions to enhance the safety, quality and productivity of their projects. Intergraph global and regional management also delivered insightful presentations on industry trends and the latest innovations at Intergraph PP&M.
