Position : Industry consultant Offshore
Reporting : Reports to Sales manager
Responsibilities & Authorities :
- Scope of interest is the Mainland China market for the Offshore industries
- Primary focus is on the Offshore market, which includes;
- Initiate marketing and product introduction campaigns focused on the local Offshore market, including sales training and customer sales seminars
- Support Regional Sales by developing strategies and tactics on key opportunities including, but not limited to cost benefit analysis , customer requirement definition , solution definition , proof of concepts and demonstrations.
- Consult with customers to demonstrate how Intergraph PPM solutions can be applied to improve their business with regard to safety , quality and efficiency
- Educate local (Chinese) Intergraph regional sales and pre-sales personnel about the Off shore business environment
- Assist developing marketing and sales material focused on the local Offshore market
- Liaise with Global and regional Offshore Business Development experts and engage them appropriately in local campaigns and initiatives
Professional Qualifications required ( Minimum)
Experience required ( Minimum )
- Offshore domain expertise in Mainland China and extensive relationships in key markets .
- 5 years experience with Engineering / capital projects delivery or plant operation & maintenance in the offshore industry .
- Supervisory or middle management position
- Implementation and use of IT solutions .
- Effective communicator on all levels within Intergraph and customer organizations
- Working in a task force environment
- Strong team player
- Attention to details , yet focused on the overall objective
- Sales orientated ( internal or external )
- Experienced presenter
- Fluent English ( written and oral)
