Contract Manager (m/f)

Job Description:
- Draft, negotiate, administer and execute technology agreements related to the
provision of software and services, including implementation, licensing and
maintenance agreements
- Partner with sales and project managers to review, analyze and evaluate service
requirements to determine suitable contract types and language; attend and
accompany public tender procedures within Intergraph
- Add value throughout the sales process and post-signature contract management, including review and negotiation of project proposals, statements of work, change
orders, familiarizing delivery teams on exceptional provisions in negotiated contracts,
and advising project managers with respect to contract terms
- Ensure compliance with corporate and divisional policies and acceptable risk
standards
- Liaise with and escalate issues in a timely manner to internal stakeholders as
appropriate for determination/resolution
- Train sales and delivery teams to enhance their working knowledge of contract risk
management issues and mitigation paths over time
- Communicate with customers (commercial and governmental), vendors, and/or
service provider as necessary to resolve contract issues
Requirements:
- State Examination in Law or other related field of study
- Minimum 3 years experience in contracts management and negotiating IT contracts
- Excellent English language skills / Native language skills and skills of another
European language are an advantage
- Strong organizational skills with the ability and willingness to multi-task and to work
on different projects in parallel
- Ability and willingness to meet multiple time sensitive deadlines, capable of working
effectively under pressure
- In-depth knowledge of integrating legal terms and conditions, statement of works,
other technical terms and financial principles in contracts
- Ability to independently develop and execute plans to negotiate and resolve
contractual matters, to work independently on complex tasks
- Ability and willingness to travel for customer negotiations and other engagements
- Ability to work remotely with project teams in different European countries
- Ability to work effectively and communicate with leadership
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Diplomatic but firm
