Job Description:

Support the Head of Contracts Manager EMEA in all contract related matters, e.g. develop and execute standard agreements and contracts; Assist Sales throughout the sales process, starting from the tender opening phase until contract signing, including review and negotiation of project proposals, statements of work, change orders and advising project managers with respect to contract terms
Ensure compliance with corporate and divisional policies and acceptable risk standards
Liaise with and escalate issues in a timely manner to internal stakeholders as appropriate for determination/resolution
Communicate with institutions, vendors, and/or service providers as necessary to resolve contract/budget issues

Requirements:

1^st State Examination in Law or other related field of study
Strong organizational skills with the ability and willingness to multi-task and to work on different projects in parallel
In-depth knowledge of project commercial and legal packages and the cross integration of both; Distinctive business acumen to include knowledge of financial principles in contracts and commercial environments
Diplomatic but firm
Very good English language skills
