Come to Las Vegas with Intergraph Denmark
Hexagon's annual user conference is approaching. The conference will represent Intergraph, ERDAS, Leica Geosystems and Hexagon.
Hexagon 2012 takes place June 4 - 7 at the MGM Grand Hotel in Las Vegas, USA. More than
3,000 participants are expected to visit the conference where you can experience the latest Intergraph solutions at hands-on workshops and technical presentations. You can learn more about Hexagon 2012, register for the conference and book hotel here.
Travel with Intergraph Denmark
In connection with the user conference, Intergraph Denmark is hosting a group travel from June 2 - 10. See the preliminary program below. Please note that changes may occur:

Budget
The total price for the group travel is estimated to DKK 20,500. The price depends on flight ticket prices and conference registration deadlines (register before April 16 for lowest conference fee). Please note that contrary to previous years, costs related to transport and activities during the stay
are fixed and will be invoiced by Intergraph upon registration for the group travel.

Registration
Conference registration and hotel booking should be done by the participant on www.hexagonconference.com. The conference fee is paid upon registration and the hotel is paid at check-out. The participant is also responsible for booking and paying his/her own flight ticket. The rest of the expenses related to group travel activities will be invoiced upon registration for the group travel.
