Nordic Police Control Room Seminar

Police forces constantly face new challenges that they need to be able to respond to. The police control room is a key element in a modern police operation.

Intergraph is hosting the first Nordic Police Control Room Seminar. At the seminar you will learn about international trends in Police Control Rooms. These include managing large events, mobile devices for field operation, integration to digital radio/TETRA, use of social media, collaboration and integration with other public safety agencies.

The key note titled “Trends and Directions in Police Control Rooms” will be given by Head of Contact at Surrey Police in UK Superintendent Sue Lampard. Sue Lampard is also Vice President of the British Association of Public Safety Communications Officers (British APCO) and during her 29 year career she has had several postings within the control room and contact management environment.
