Job Descripction:

• Responsible for all day-to-day accounting tasks
• Accounts payable accounting / Accounts receivable accounting  (Handling payment schedules for accounts payable invoices
• Intercompany accounting and Intercompany confirmations
• Preparation of monthly and quarterly tax declaration & payments
• Cash accounting
• Intercompany payments and nettings
• Preparation of bank payments
• Assist in cash planning
• Subledger to general ledger reconciliations
• Monthly and quarterly US-GAAP reporting and variance analysis.
• Annual tax declaration
• Monthly and annual statement of account HGB/tax/US-GAAP
• Employees expenses reimbursement management

Background:

Experience:

Extensive experience in an accounting position in an international environment (US GAAP)

Job Requirements:

• Thorough Knowledge of Italian and US-GAAP accounting principles
• Strong interpersonal skills, effective communicator and a creative problem solver
  
  - Ability to work independently under remote management and under pressure
• Demonstrated technical and professional skills in finance/accounting and information technology skills
• Italian native language
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
