What will the course cover?

This course is for application specialists involved in the configuration of reference data for SmartPlant 3D. This course concentrates on creating new symbol definitions for piping items. The later part of the course covers the development of naming rules. Naming rules allow automatic naming of objects during placement and modification based on user-defined logic. The course involves extensive use of the Visual Basic .NET development environment. The course is presented in a lecture/lab format.
