Intergraph recommended system requirements for CAESAR II:

Server operating systems are tested by Intergraph to determine if the hardware lock license manager (NetHASP License Manager) is compatible.

Windows Vista Ultimate (32 bit)	This operating system is tested by Intergraph.
Windows Vista Business (32 bit) Windows Vista Enterprise (32 bit) Windows Vista Home Premium (32 bit) Windows Vista Home Basic (32 bit) Windows Vista Starter (32 bit)	These operating systems are not tested by Intergraph.
Windows Vista Business (64 bit) Windows Vista Enterprise (64 bit) Windows Vista Home Premium (64 bit) Windows Vista Home Basic (64 bit) Windows Vista Ultimate (64 bit)	These operating systems are not tested by Intergraph.
Windows XP Professional	This operating system is recommended and tested by Intergraph.
Windows XP Professional x64 Edition	CAESAR II versions released after October 2005 are compatible. This operating system is not tested by Intergraph.
Windows XP Home Edition Windows XP Tablet PC Edition Windows XP Media Center Edition	These operating systems are not tested by Intergraph.
Windows 2000 Professional Windows NT Workstation 4.0 Windows ME Windows 98 Windows 95	These operating systems are not recommended by Intergraph.
