To obtain your AIM License file after the initial order of your AIM software - or after any change in the quantity of Named User licenses for your AIM system - you must complete the AIM Metaphase License File Request form and submit it to Process, Power & Marine Customer Response Center for processing. The e-mail address and Fax number can be found on the request form. Normal turn-around time for processing the request and your receipt of the AIM License file is two (2) business days or less.
All information on this form should be completed, if possible. The form information designated in bold text is mandatory. The AIM License file is matched to the Host ID number of the hardware server on which this file resides. If this file is moved to another hardware server it will not be recognized. If it is your desire to move the AIM License file to another hardware server you must obtain a new License file that is matched to the new Host ID for that server. To accomplish this, an AIM Metaphase License File Request form must be completed and submitted to Process, Power & Marine Customer Response Center for processing.
A new License file will be delivered from Intergraph to match the Host ID specifications contained in your request. Normal turn-around time for processing this request and receipt of the License file is normally two (2) business days after receipt of your completed request form.
