PRISM® Project Manager

ARES Corporation's PRISM Project Manager, the project management component of the PRISM suite, provides cost management, engineering management, contracts management, and risk management capabilities, which will streamline the entire project management process, reducing cost and shortening project schedules. The functional modules included in PRISM Project Manager form a powerful, integrated system for managing your project from planning through startup on any size or type of capital project.

The project management capabilities provided by PRISM Project Manager are further enhanced by SmartPlant Materials , a true interdisciplinary materials and procurement management solution that ensures standardization of materials as well as management and change control of bills of materials and requisitions. Powerful functions cover the whole project procurement lifecycle, the integration of the supply chain, fabrication tracking, and site functions such as warehousing and work forecasting. Together, these products provide a total lifecycle solution for complete project management.

Modules

• Cost Management Package – PRISM Project Manager includes a fully functional cost management package that is designed to plan, budget, track, forecast, and report on the cost, progress, performance, and productivity of a project. The cost management package meets all criteria specified by U.S. Government agencies for Earned Value Performance Measurement. Cost management consists of the Schedule Interface Module, Baseline Estimate Module, and the Cost and Progress Module.
• Engineering Management Package – PRISM Project Manager includes the functional capability to budget and track the progress and performance of the engineering phase of the project. Modules in the Engineering Management package include Engineering Progress and Document Control.
