E-Comm Uses Intergraph® Technology to Speed Emergency Response and Promote Multi-Agency Coordination (Case Study)

E-Comm, British Columbia’s emergency communications center, provides communication services to first responders and residents of southwest British Columbia, Canada. E-Comm uses Intergraph® technology to support its growth, including mobile and Web dispatch. E-Comm initially purchased its system to support 9-1-1 fire dispatch on behalf of several area fire departments. The solution’s scalability allows E-Comm to easily expand coverage, while its architecture enables incremental addition of capabilities and interoperability with third-party record management systems.
